Job Description
BOYS Warehouse Operations is seeking a driven Team Lead Warehouse to manage warehouses, lead a team, and optimize work processes.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO 4 diploma in logistics or the maritime sector
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics and/or maritime operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams within a warehouse
- Experience with 3PL
- Experience with delivering goods to the operation within a warehouse
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality procedures in a warehouse environment
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
