Requirements
- Make 100+ outbound calls to warm leads on a daily basis
- Build immediate rapport to gain client trust and gather information
- Execute a professional phone etiquette to present the proper products and services to fulfill client needs
- Be accountable for achieving individual sales goals for new business
- Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales with sales presentations over phone and in person, and grow our overall insurance book of business
- Gather and review client information, close using consultative selling techniques utilizing significant product knowledge
