Job Description
Client Facilitator I will work with the LTD carrier, developing business relationships and resolving customer service issues. The role requires knowledge of SSA programs and procedures, with a focus on providing technical expertise and support to disability claims managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (High School diploma or GED required)
- Disability claims experience with Allsup, OHO, SSA or the LTD division of an insurance carrier required
