AllTrails is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. The Accounting Manager will oversee the company's financial and accounting operations and facilitate the career development of the Accounting team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Proven ability to manage a full-cycle month-end close process
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, curious self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement and process automation
- Experience with administration and/or integrations of financial software/ERP systems
