Job Description
Alluvionic is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Program/Project III to lead program and project management support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). This role focuses on delivering research, development, testing, evaluation, and in-service engineering for naval systems. The manager will ensure alignment with strategic goals, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Lead and manage all aspects of program and project execution
- Develop and manage Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and cost projections
- Oversee risk management strategies and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure quality control and compliance with contract requirements
- Prepare and transmit technical and financial documentation
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) and Contract Specialist (CS)
