Application Support Engineer

Application Support Engineers provide in-depth technical support for production applications, operating and monitoring systems, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include incident resolution, system stability, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Linux, terminal and command line tools
• Relational databases and SQL (both theoretical and practical)
• Network protocols, HTTP/HTTPS and SSH
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Perl, Go)
• Participation in on-call rota to support global operations and maintain platform stability
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
