Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities. The Supervisor will direct, lead and motivate a diverse team to maintain assets, environmental protection and operational sustainability while working closely with production employees to ensure issues are addressed in a safe and timely manner.
Requirements
- Industrial Trade Certification
- Minimum 10 years in industrial manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years in a lead hand or supervisor role
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, and production/productivity software
- Familiarity and conformance with legislated requirements of the OHSA
