Job Description
almentor is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Operations Department and ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field, 7+ years of experience in Operation Management, and strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Operation Management
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to mix between big-picture thinking vision and flawless execution follow up
- Familiarity with education technology and project management tools
- High proficiency in written English and Arabic formal communication
