Director of Retail Operations, Europe & UK

Alo is seeking a Director of Retail Operations in Europe & UK to manage their global retail strategies locally. This role involves localization, adapting global operating models, coordinating logistics, training, and measuring performance across a European region. The position requires strong decision-making, relationship building with field teams, and a servant-leadership mentality. The Director will report to the Global Retail Operations function and collaborate with Logistics, Loss Prevention, and other relevant teams.

Requirements

• Manage cross-functional critical-path milestones
• Partner with Logistics, Planning, and Marketing for custom fulfillment models
• Support NSO planning and coordination
• Own regional retail calendar and communicate effectively
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Travel to Retail Store locations and HQ office in California
