We're seeking an experienced real estate and tax attorney to serve as a key in-house legal partner for a growing lifestyle company and its founders.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in real estate transactions and real estate tax planning
- JD from a top tier law school required
- LL.M. in Tax a plus
- Active bar admission in California or ability to register in-house
- Business-oriented negotiator, highly responsive and strategic thinker and low-ego collaborator
