Executive Onboarding Lead

The Talent Development team at Alo is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Onboarding Lead to support and elevate the new hire experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employee onboarding, HR coordination, or talent experience roles
• Experience supporting executive-level onboarding or high-touch talent initiatives
• Experience working with international or remote teams across different time zones and cultures
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a passion for creating polished, brand-aligned experiences
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canva; experience with Articulate Rise, Asana, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
