Join Alo as an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency in our Amsterdam store. Responsibilities include inventory management, visual standards, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity and building trusting relationships
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment
