Operations Lead - Abbot Kinney

The Operations Lead is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency in the store leadership team. They will lead and execute inventory management processes, investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, and manage execution of key operational functions.

Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
