Operations Lead - Waterside Shops

The Operations Lead is responsible for driving and coaching to profitability and efficiency in the store leadership team, working closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.

Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
