The Payroll Manager – North America is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the domestic payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in payroll management, with at least four (4) years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Dayforce, Workday).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or similar certification preferred.
