Requirements
- 12+ years in software or data engineering
- 5+ years building or integrating MarTech systems at scale
- Expertise in Multiple Marketing Cloud, Snowflake/Databricks, AWS, and Python/SQL
- Deep understanding of customer identity, tagging, attribution, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience building real-time activation and personalization systems across multiple touchpoints
- Strong communicator able to align technical and marketing stakeholders on architectural vision
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in retail, fashion, or direct-to-consumer brands
- Knowledge of AWS native services (Lambda, Glue, API Gateway, Step Functions)
- Exposure to ML-based recommendation, LTV modeling, or media-mix optimization
