Join ALO as a Sales Associate and work to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience & Brand Mission standard. The role involves creating an authentic, organic experience for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and educating customers about our community and culture.

Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
