Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience at each location, ensuring excellent service and creating a welcoming environment. The role focuses on managing relationships with customers, analyzing performance metrics, and leading the sales floor through training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative spirit within the team.

Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work during the company’s Blackout period
