The Sales & Service Lead is integral to elevating the guest experience at ALO, ensuring the delivery of targets for engagement, guest education, and interaction, and creating a service-lead environment on the sales floor.

Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
