Job Description
ALO is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store sales and operational goals. This role focuses on creating a positive customer experience in both front and back of house, driving sales, and ensuring efficient store operations. The position involves customer interaction, sales transactions, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- 1+ year prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred)
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to lift, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Ability to work during the company's Blackout period (American Thanksgiving through holiday season)
