Job Description
Alo is seeking a Visual Lead to achieve store sales and profitability through visual merchandising. The role involves managing product presentation, sales floor recovery, inventory control, and team support. The Visual Lead will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager in planning and executing visual merchandising initiatives and ensuring optimal store performance.
Requirements
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
