Visual Lead - Valley Fair

The Visual Lead will be responsible for managing visual merchandising, sales, and profitability in the Valley Fair location. This role involves partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to implement strategies, ensuring accurate product presentation, and enhancing store operations through payroll and retail operations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.

Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic
• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Alignment with Alo’s guiding principles
• Full availability to work peak days and weekends, especially during a Blackout period
