Data Governance Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Governance Specialist to join the data team of one of our clients in the financial markets sector. You’ll play a key role in improving how enterprise data assets are managed, documented, and governed — ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance across a complex and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data management, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Familiarity with Data Catalogs, Data Quality, and Observability tools.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages for automation.
• Basic understanding of Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Background in federated or decentralized data environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
