Job Description
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain workflow automations that power internal operations and customer-facing processes. As a member of our Operations team, you will collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and implement AI-powered automation.
Requirements
- Experience in automation engineering, technical operations, systems integration, or workflow automation
- Prior experience in SaaS is required
- Hands-on experience with n8n (or similar platforms like Make/Zapier) is highly preferred
- Familiar with APIs, JSON, AI-driven workflows, HTTP requests, webhooks, and automation logic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable joining customer calls with Sales or CSMs to troubleshoot issues or design automations
- Thrive in a remote, collaborative, fast-moving tech environment
