We're searching for a Civil Superintendent II to lead from the front, orchestrate multiple civil projects statewide, and drive execution excellence. This is a high-level leadership role that requires strong field operations experience, multi-team leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, performance, and team culture.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive heavy civil construction experience
• Proven success supervising other Superintendents, General Foremen, or large multi-crew operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex civil scopes, tight timelines, and diverse teams
