Job Description
Alpha Inc. is seeking a decisive and mission-driven Head of Security to lead all aspects of on-site and off-site security operations across our properties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military, law enforcement, or senior-level private security management, or an equivalent background
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff and managing risk
- CPR and First Aid certified; recent gun safety certifications preferred
- Conflict de-escalation training or experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with security software, surveillance systems, and digital access control
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, patrol on foot, and respond to emergencies
- Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and urgency
- Professional appearance and unwavering commitment to confidentiality
