Project Manager

Project Manager – Alpha Vertical: lead vertical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, owning performance across schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client experience. Hands-on leadership role that requires strong coordination between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and Alpha’s field crews.

Requirements

• Lead assigned vertical construction projects through all phases: pre-construction, execution, and closeout
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Alpha’s standards of excellence
• Develop, manage, and forecast project budgets and schedules
• Proactively manage costs, resources, and change to protect margins and momentum
• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders with urgency and accuracy
• Lead progress meetings and maintain transparent communication across all stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance
• Partner with Superintendents to remove obstacles and keep work moving
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions
• Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and accountability
• Mentor and support Project Engineers and field staff
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment rooted in Alpha’s values
