Senior Project Manager – Civil Construction

Alpha Inc. is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead project execution with clarity, urgency, and impact across our Civil Construction Operations on Maui.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Mastery of project scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
