Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in building and scaling production-grade services using modern frameworks (FastAPI, Django, etc.)
• Significant experience in the AI/ML lifecycle (experimentation, deployment, monitoring)
• Mastery in designing large-scale distributed systems and observability
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
