Teacher

Alpine Academy is a school serving students with special needs, employing a research-based, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approach. Teachers manage classroom and create an optimal learning environment, oversee IEPs, and collaborate with parents and the school team. They actively participate in training and apply learned strategies into the classroom.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in special education, psychology, or related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience in teaching special needs children
• RBT certification is a plus
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children
• Commitment to providing high quality services
• Positive attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
