Job Description
Alstom is seeking a Bid Manager to join their team in Bucharest. This role focuses on managing the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitment for non-critical and low-critical bids. The Bid Manager will coordinate tender activities, ensure compliance with company rules, and collaborate with various teams to deliver winning proposals. They will also manage bid operations, negotiation, and documentation.
