Alstom is seeking a Production Director to steer the manufacturing activities on the site, ensuring industrial performance, safety, quality, and respect for deadlines. The role involves defining and implementing the site's manufacturing strategy, managing investments, and optimizing the use of industrial equipment.

Requirements

• Define and implement the site's manufacturing strategy
• Ensure compliance with EHS best practices
• Supervise resource planning and team training
• Ensure SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadline) performance and track Key Performance Indicators
• Deploy continuous improvement initiatives, Lean, APSYS, and Industry 4.0 (digitization, automation)
• Manage investments and optimize the use of industrial equipment
• Manage and develop team skills (Evaluation, qualification, mobility)
• Seeked Profile: Education: Master's degree or equivalent by experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years in an industrial environment, manufacturing, or industrialization. Experience in the railway industry is appreciated.
