• Strong technical competence and eye for detail
• Structured and able to work according to clear processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical and able to perform technical fault finding
• Meticulous and high sense of responsibility
• Passion and attitude over experience
• Familiarity with vehicle electronics, vehicle technology, and fault finding
• Experience or understanding of fault finding within the aviation, industry, or vehicle industry
