Job Description
Industrial Planner / Repairs Scheduler role involves managing supply chain and planning to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and project timelines. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, proven experience in supply chain or planning, and proficiency in Core Planning Tools, ERP, and Excel.
Requirements
- Capturing and consolidating demand forecasts from various teams and ensuring their consistency
- Building and updating the Master Production Schedule, considering material, workforce, and machine availability
- Collaborating on planning instances such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and ensuring alignment with global and local strategies
- Monitoring production plan adherence, analyzing root causes of delays, and proposing solutions to recover plans
- Performing bottleneck analysis and resource management to optimize production plans
