Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience or understanding of quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) processes and problem-solving methodologies such as QRQC
- Familiarity with workstation inspections and audits
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
