Requirements

• Engineering degree
• Master's degree in design, sizing, validation, and automation (ideal)
• Experience or understanding of the rail industry (2+ years) or similar industry (5+ years)
• Complex system design, verification, and validation processes
• Secure software development, networks, and system integration (asset)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work on complex projects with tight deadlines
• Relationship management with suppliers and QCD commitments
• Solution-oriented and complex technical problem resolution
