Job Description
Alstom is seeking a Lead OT Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive Rolling stock project and build strong business interfaces. This role involves leading a global cybersecurity team, managing projects within NAM, and ensuring compliance and technical excellence. The company emphasizes sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience related to Cybersecurity in general and deployment experience of industrial cybersecurity controls.
- Experience working with industrial companies (Rail, OT, Industrial Control systems).
- Solid experience with Project Management.
- Strong technical expertise of industrial cybersecurity architecture and networking principles.
- Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO 2700X, NIST, and IEC 62443.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to foster effective communication and collaboration within teams and with cross functional stakeholders.
