Alstom is seeking a Team Manager for Maintenance Monitoring Systems at Saint-Ouen, FR. The role involves leading a team, designing and deploying maintenance monitoring systems, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has experience in complex system engineering, preferably in railway signalling, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Engineering diploma (BAC+5) or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in complex system engineering, ideally in the field of railway signalling
• Perfect mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing
• Appetite for a role combining management and technical expertise
• Precision, adaptability and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
