Master thesis - Innovation & new business

We're looking for a Master's student to conduct research on the impact of climate change on rail infrastructure in Sweden, focusing on track degradation due to extreme weather conditions. The student will analyze the economic impact, identify barriers to commercializing solutions, and explore the challenges of shifting from hardware sales to digital services.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Industrial Engineering, Business & Technology, Transport Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Interest in climate resilience, transportation economics, and digital transformation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (mandatory for interviews and local data collection).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in an innovation-oriented environment.
