Product Architecture Specialist M/F

We're looking for a Product Architecture Specialist to lead the definition and development of Alstom RSC's Generic Architecture Strategy, making a significant impact on our approach to product development and market competitiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years as a Site/Entity Métier Team leader in various industries (e.g., Aerospace, Railways)
• Proven experience in international product development and cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Chartered Engineer certification (desirable)
• Strategic vision for market needs and competitiveness trends
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive results
• Fluency in English with excellent coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to engage in critical business travel as required
