Product Industrialization Manager

Alstom is seeking a full-time Product Industrialization Manager to join its team in Astan, Kazakhstan. This role focuses on integrating industrial requirements into product design and manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful introduction of new technologies. The manager will develop and monitor industrialization plans, validate processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives, while also collaborating on R&D and contributing to industrial expertise.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of industrialization processes, manufacturing techniques, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of P-FMEA, FAR/FAI, and industrial maturity assessments.
• Familiarity with co-engineering activities and tools such as SMPs and ICONE workshops.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
