Program Development Manager Signaling(H/F)

Requirements

• Define the product roadmap (QCD commitment, Quality/Cost/Delivery design)
• Provide QCD estimates for the entire development team
• Pilot a development team ensuring respect of QCD commitments, arbitrating technical choices, and negotiating them with the client
• Contribute to Make or Buy analysis with comparative studies to make the choice and choose the supplier
• Manage delivery instances, in terms of product configuration, modification management
• Establish and maintain different baseline configurations, realize configuration reviews, pilot modification management reviews, internally and externally
• Technical interface with other departments (Safety, RAM, Cyber, Industrial, Procurement,...)
• Responsible for product compliance with needs, particularly through validation
• Responsible for a design-to-cost approach in developments to reduce the unit cost of our solutions
• Responsible for organizing and directing design reviews in line with applicable processes
• Guarantor of good requirement management and traceability from specification to validation throughout development
• Guarantor of change management, delivery, product configuration through reviews, change control committees (CCB)
• Responsible for deployment support, industrial operations, maintenance operations, and clients
• Responsible for maintaining operational condition of products throughout product life cycle (redesign management during obsolescence)
