We're looking for a Project Quality & Safety Manager to join our team in Västerås. As a full-time employee, you'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure project Safety and Quality assurance. You'll define and implement quality plans, support project governance, and act as a stability anchor.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering or similar
- Solid experience in Project Management in an industrial environment
- Familiarity with Quality and problem-solving tools
- Knowledge of railway industry standards (plus)
- English is mandatory; French and Swedish are an advantage
- Experience in Quality audits is appreciated
- Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness, ensuring transparency and ethical decision-making
- Ability to build strong relationships based on trust, fostering a positive and cooperative project environment
