Responsable de Programme R&D adjoint (H/F)

We offer you the opportunity to join a development program for the electronics present on our signaling products as a Program Manager Deputy. You will support the Program Manager in achieving part of their missions under their responsibility, including developing the roadmap and product delivery plan, consolidating and analyzing program performance indicators, and managing program actions related to ongoing URBAN and MAINLINE offers.

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree from a type of Ecole d'Ingénieur or equivalent university with a dominant Electronics/Computer Science background
• 10+ years of experience in development and/or project management in an industrial environment
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Wide technical knowledge (Systems, Hw, V&V, RAM...), affinity for Software, and knowledge of cybersecurity are essential
• Good ability to synthesize and make decisions in a complex environment
