Job Description
Alstom Le Creusot in Bourgogne is seeking a Production Manager H/F to lead a production workshop of 100 employees. The role focuses on ensuring safety, quality, cost and deadline objectives, managing team development, and continuous improvement within a complex industrial environment. This position is part of a management board and reports to the Production Director.
Requirements
- From Bac+5 Engineering in industrial or general engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the industrial sector
- Experience managing production teams
- Master industrial flows and production management
- Good knowledge of the computer tool (SAP, Excel)
- Field person, with leadership, initiative, and analysis skills
- Strong communication and change-agent skills
