Responsable Projets Essais et Mise en service (Système de supervision)

We are seeking a Project Manager for Trials and Commissioning (System Supervision) to join our testing and commissioning team in Toulouse. You will be responsible for implementing testing strategies, managing teams, and ensuring system acceptance by the client. As a confirmed engineer with at least 10 years of experience in testing and validation, you will bring a solid understanding of railway signalization systems and computer science and networks. You will evolve under the responsibility of the head of the Essais et Mise en Service department and functionally under project direction.

Requirements

• Confirmed engineer with at least 10 years of experience in testing and validation or system aeronautic or railway testing management
• Skills on railway signalization system and a solid base in computer science and networks are essential
• Must have experience in implementing methodology and testing strategy of supervision system and having managed teams of a dozen people
• Knowledge of metro line operation is a major asset
• Synthetic spirit, structured thinking, and very good communication skills
• Rigor and strict respect for instructions
• Curiosity and appetite for novelty, proactive spirit, and proposal strength
