Requirements

• Responsible for daily non-conformity management, ensuring reactivity to inform the supplier of the non-conformity report (NCR), to replace defective parts, and to implement security measures.
• Animate the treatment of non-conformity reports by setting up a relevant action plan to achieve the non-conformity report (NCR) objective.
• Bill the cost of non-quality (CONQ S1) to suppliers.
• Manage supplier requests for derogation for the scope assigned to them and their suppliers.
• Organize the level of training to be completed by the supplier.
• Decide on a quality wall if necessary.
• Secure a solid and complete supplier confinement plan on time, securing the production line.
• Ask our suppliers to apply the appropriate corrective and preventive action plan and to be reactive.
• Verify the effectiveness of the supplier's corrective and preventive action plan, ask for proof, question it, and conduct a supplier visit. Ensure the sustainability of the control plan (regular follow-up of key suppliers).
• Implement and manage a roadmap for non-performing suppliers in accordance with the supplier quality escalation process (green/yellow/red status).
• Organize reviews with suppliers and visit supplier locations if necessary.
• Ensure the execution of inspections for non-critical parts (parts not included in the supplier's part list).
• Verify the effectiveness of the supplier's corrective and preventive action plan (ask for proof, dispute it, and conduct a supplier visit). Ensure the sustainability of the control plan (regular follow-up of key suppliers).
• Participate in the analysis of the return of experience (REX) for trusted suppliers.
