Growth Lead

We're looking for a Growth Lead to build and scale an inbound growth engine that consistently drives high-quality demand. As a hands-on, high-impact role, you'll own inbound demand generation at Alt21, driving qualified pipeline through content, paid media, SEO, and experimentation.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years experience in demand generation or growth marketing
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SEO and organic growth
• Experience owning performance across the full inbound funnel
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
• Commercial mindset: you care about pipeline quality and revenue impact
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Clear communicator who enjoys ownership and collaboration
