Job Description
GENEX Cooperative is seeking a Reproductive Program Senior Technician in Franklin and Cumberland, PA counties to provide AI services, breeding program assistance, and business development to dairy and beef cattle producers. This position focuses on improved profit potential and customer satisfaction. GENEX offers advanced genetic and reproductive solutions through sales and consulting services.
Requirements
- Strong dairy background with experience working with dairy cows
- Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in heat detection on large farms
- Aggressive sales and service person with independent and team work ability
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Computer skills and herd management software proficiency is a plus
