Job Description
ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to production teams and base operations teams. The role involves troubleshooting Manufacturing Systems and SAP S4 issues, identifying root causes, and resolving issues through direct collaboration with internal engineering teams. The company is part of the ALTEN Group, operating in 30 countries with over 57,000 employees.
Requirements
- Strong SAP ME/Mii experience and manufacturing plant floor in-person support experience.
- Basic knowledge on the integration between S4/HANA and SAP ME/Mii is needed.
- Experience with SAP EAM module and familiarity with vehicle system structures.
- Basic knowledge on the integration of MES with PLC using Kepware through OPC UA servers.
